rename primary key index when renaming table in postgresql

Reported by: chris.leemesser at gmail.com Owned by: andrew
Priority: minor Milestone: 0.4
Component: databaseapi Version: 0.3
Keywords: Cc:

Description

postgresql does not rename indexes associated with a table when you ALTER a table name.

This small patch renames the primary key index that django always produces when creating a table in an analogous fashion to the way the sequence gets renamed
