gentle suggestion for clarity about easier-to-deal-with DBMSes

As a novice to the world of DBMS, the "easier-to-deal-with DBMS" error message confused me a long time until I found http://south.aeracode.org/docs/databaseapi.html#database-specific-issues. The message might be friendlier if it were worded something like this:

! The South developers regret this has happened, and would
! like to gently persuade you to consider a slightly
! easier-to-deal-with DBMS. Please see the Database-Specific
! Issues page of the docs for additional information.

It's more of a subtle dig; that error message is long enough as it is already, really. I've made it slightly longer and more descriptive in [60c8f3a3d360].
