dbs.create_table does not create anything

Description

As reported at ​http://groups.google.com/group/south-users/browse_thread/thread/953ff52b89c5993a, the dbsmydb?.create_table method seems not to work.

The db.create_table method works instead.

Is the create_table method works only in databases wich have inside them the south_migrationhistory table?

If so, ho to add it to non-default databases?
